How long does it take for my order to arrive?

IF you added a pre-order item to your cart. All products are shipped together. You do not have an exact delivery date, but most are shipped within 2 weeks of the order date. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, it is shipped.

2-5 day shipping (all orders to the U.S.)

Orders made before 2 PM CST are shipped the same day and arrive within 5 business days.

Frozen Shipping (still testing)

All orders with FROZEN product (paletas) ship out on Tuesday and arrive Friday at the latest. Your order must be submitted Sunday at 1 pm CST to guarantee Friday delivery.

We deliver the goods right to your doorstep via FedEx. We ship our paletas inside an insulated frozen shipper box, packed with dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives at its destination in perfect condition, within the time frame it's supposed to arrive. Please note that dry ice is exceptionally cold (-109.3°F). With each box, we include specific instructions to provide for safe handling and disposal of any remaining dry ice.

We currently ship throughout the continental United States via FedEx Ground (which delivers in 1-3 days)

We ship worldwide - they are fulfilled within 48 hours and take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive depending on what part of the world you are in.
