Returns and Refunds

We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to arrive in great condition regardless of the beating they take in transit. Over 50 lbs of pinned pressure would have to be applied to cause damage. Since all product is perishable, we do not accept returns. That being said, if you feel there is an issue with your order, please contact us and provide a picture of the damaged package as well as the product. We need both. After verifying the issue, we will apply a credit to your account.

If you decide you don't want it or the product taste is not what you expected, we are unable to return or refund. 

The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

  • We must be contacted within 48 hours from the delivery of any defects.
  • We require you to submit a photograph of the package and product that clearly indicates the problem.
  • We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we re-send your order
  • We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
  • We will refund your order within 5 days or apply a credit to your account if we verify that we made an error.
  • All sales are final.
