Why was my shipment lost?
We use the services UPS, FedEx and USPS to deliver packages.
To track your sticker shipment, visit UPS.com, USPS or FedEx and enter the tracking code you received by email. You will be able to see delivery status/attempts and/or comments about where the package was left.
Additionally, we advise you check your patio, backyard, and other such places as well as with your neighbors as sometimes the packages are left in nearby destinations.
If your order is still lost, please contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.
