Why was my order returned to you?

Orders are most often sent back to us because the address was missing an apartment, suite, or floor number. Other missing information and typos can cause a return as well.

If you receive a notification that your package is being returned, just follow the steps outlined in your return notification and we'll have your order reshipped once verified.

Another reason may be that the carrier damaged or destroyed your package in transit. In these situations, we resend the package to you as soon as we become aware of the situation. Please be aware that this may delay the arrival of your package. In this particular situation, we will allow returns and will refund your money.
